All bookings require a non refundable booking fee to secure the appointment. Balance paid at the time of the appointment. Booking fees can only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if more than 48 hours notice is given and your new booking is within four weeks of the original appointment. If you cancel an appointment the booking fee can not be refunded.

When you make an appointment at Gemma Dawson Beauty you are accepting the cancellation/rescheduling policy.

If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

I allow set times for all appointments and book them back to back. If you anticipate that you will be more than 10 minutes late I reserve the right to refuse partial or the full service and this will be counted as a last minute cancellation.
